Go animatronic
The contraction of "animation & electronics", creates the word animatronics...it is a creature that is robotized or animated remotely by cables or radio control, which gives it an appearance of life. The recent workshop given at Studios Casagrande with Yannick Cauleur continued the exploration after the interactive puppets. There is an element of magic in remotely operating eyes or moving a mobile object. These techniques can be used to make an exhibition more interactive by creating a link with the public.
