The distribution of images is one of the last things you think about when you hire a professional photo studio. It is however one of the key elements.

For "corporate" type services, the broadcasting of images must be adapted to the constraints of the company and the needs of the various participants in the production chain.

In the context of an event, the rapid availability of images will allow you, as well as all the participants or more, to access the photos that bring them together in complete confidentiality. Not all photographers offer this service. Our studios have been providing event galleries for over 20 years...

Your galleries for life _

Since 1998, our Studios have built and realized the first private photo galleries, always accessible because available for life by an access code. Their goal:

Present event photos in a quick way on all platforms (computer, tablets etc...)
Facilitate the ordering process on multiple media (high definition file, paper, albums)

Over the years, the service has been refined, allowing for example to crop an image or convert it to B/W, to make multiple caddies.

Transactions can be paid or offered by the organizer, allowing participants to order free High Definition images in download emails. This service, initially for events, has gradually been adopted for other uses, such as the distribution of portraits.

IMGSERVEUR

Selection of captioned images available for journalists _

The IMGserver was created for targeted press use. While LaGalerie.com presents all the images for the participants, the IMGserveur is a selection sent by email from our Studios with the address of the organizer. This email does not clutter the mailboxes of journalists because it weighs almost nothing. It is only by clicking on an image that a download process starts, allowing to quickly obtain an image in high definition and the caption that has been made in agreement with the client. It is the ideal tool for small companies that do not have an integrated press department.

On physical or digital media _

It can be interesting to visualize all the images while not necessarily connected to the internet... Our Studios have thought about it and offer you two interesting alternatives presenting the different chapters of an event off-line:

The electronic contact sheet: is the default service that is always delivered during our event services. It allows you to find your way through hundreds, even thousands of photos and to connect to the corresponding Gallery if necessary. The images are also available for screen use in low definition.

the DVDSlideShow: allows you to see on your living room player (or computer) the movie of all the pictures of an event. This can be a great gift to give to participants.
